Teenager reveals how she was sexually assaulted while she was ASLEEP at a party by drunken man whose friend live-streamed the attack on Snapchat.

A teenager was sexually assaulted with a sweeping brush as she slept at a party. Tracie Aldridge, then 19, slept through the attack by Jordan Binnie, but woke the next day to find it had been live-streamed on Snapchat and sent to her friends by Fraser Anderson. She has waived her right to anonymity after her Binnie was jailed for 12 months and Anderson was given a community service. The men, both 22, were at the party in Raploch, Stirling and had reportedly been drinking all day. Eventually everyone left apart from Tracie, Binnie and Anderson. Miss Aldridge later fell asleep on a sofa, wearing a pair of pyjama shorts, which Anderson moved to one side. Binnie then sexually assaulted her with a sweeping brush.
Miss Aldridge, now 21, said her anonymity was taken away by her attackers when they filmed and distributed the sick attack. She said: 'I've been through two years of hell. At the start the police told us it would go to the High Court and Binnie would be charged with rape with an object. 'Fraser Anderson could have stopped it, but instead he live-streamed it to Snapchat. Everybody who knows me in this area saw it. 'I'm waiving my anonymity because I'm so angry with the light sentences they got, but Fraser took my anonymity the minute he uploaded it to social media.'
Sarah Lumsden, prosecuting, told Falkirk Sheriff Court that Miss Aldridge found out about the attack when a friend called the morning after the party to tell her the video was circulating on social media.
She said: 'Miss Aldridge was, understandably, extremely distressed and humiliated, and the police were contacted.' Unemployed Binnie, from Cornton, Stirling, pleaded guilty to sexual assault and Anderson, a carpet fitter, admitted committing a breach of the peace by uploading the footage to Snapchat. Binnie, who has a record for violence and was assessed by social workers as at risk of committing further violent offences, was jailed for 12 months and placed on the sex offenders' register for 10 years. Anderson was ordered to carry out 225 hours of unpaid work. He will not have to sign the register because he admitted breaching the peace.

Free at Last!

Heartwarming moment when Bear the dog has his chain cut after spending 15-years OUTSIDE on his own, tied to a doghouse!

An elderly dog is finally free after he spent 15 years chained up to his house in his owner's backyard.
Bear, of Suffolk County, New York, had to carry his heavy chain, survive harsh winters outside and received little care from his owner.
But he will no longer be tied to his doghouse after a local animal rescue group freed him.
His owner, who has neither been named nor charged with animal cruelty, agreed to let him go.
Guardians of Rescue president Robert Misseri said: 'We knew that we had to do something to make a difference in that dog's life.'
Bear was taken straight to the spa for grooming and has been to dog parks and even an indoor pool.
Despite being a Long Island dog, Bear had never been to the beach. But his carers at the group sought to remedy that.
He has also taken to sitting in front of fireplaces for hours on end.
The group is searching for a permanent home for Bear.
Misseri said: 'One phone call from someone in the community set the wheels in motion that have changed Bear's life.
'That's a true success story and why we exist.'
He added: 'Our mission is to help rescue as many animals as we can, but we can’t do it without the help of the community.'

Oregon Mother Murders 12 Year Old Son!

An Oregon mother faces murder charges after she was accused of killing her 12 year old son. Caden Berry, a seventh grader at Claggett creek Middle School in Keizer, was found dead, covered over by a blanket, in the home he shared with his mum Amy Robertson on Sunday. Robertson, 38 who has been arrested for the aggravated murder of her son, is being held without bail at the Marion County Correction Facility. An autopsy is scheduled today to determine the cause of death. 'No specifics as (to) the cause of death will be released until the state medical examiner conducts the autopsy to identify it for fact' said Deputy Chief Jeff Kuhns with the Keizer Police Department. Police have not released any more information about the circumstances surrounding Caden's murder. But next door neighbour Brenda King described how she had been the one to find the little boys body at the property in Garland Way North in Keizer. She told KGW she had become concerned when Robertson came out of her apartment on Saturday morning, acting erratically and talking about 'demons'. "I realised I didn't see Caden, so I said 'where's your son?' she said 'In the house under the Blanket" King said. When she ventured inside, she found Caden lying under the blanket in the living room.
'I can't even sleep because he was so young and so little,' said King. 'He loved his mother dearly.'
Authorities were called, with a 911 caller describing the kid as 'unresponsive.' Caden was pronounced dead at the scene. Robertson was taken into custody at 12.40pm on Saturday.
Caden' older brother Colton Casto, who lives in Eugene, Oregon, paid tribute to him and wrote that their mother would 'get what she deserves' for the murder.
'Caden I love u doo(sic) much. Thank u for the awesome life we had growing up and I'm going to miss u so much. 'You didn't deserve what happened especially from our own mother. Trust me she will get what she deserves. 'Every second I get lost in my thoughts. U were, and are, my best friend. Ur in my heart all ways u will be remembered as a funny sweet lil bad ass.
