The Best Present

Michael Buble's son is home for Christmas!!

Michael Buble's eldest son Noah, is home for Christmas! But he will stay in California where he is being treated rather than head to Canada where the family celebrations normally take place. Beatriz Lopilato has been by her daughter's side since Noah's cancer diagnosis at the start of last month, Doctors in LA confirmed Michael and his actress wife's worst fears on November 1st after doing a liver biopsy at a clinic in Buenos Aires. the couple revealed their son had cancer on the singer's Facebook page, announcing they were putting their careers on hold to devote all their time and attention "to helping Noah get well".
It has been claimed that Noah, the eldest of their two children, has a 90 per cent chance of beating the disease. Luisana's sister Daniela has described the youngster as a "warrior". Respected Argentinian magazine Gente said last month Noah was facing four months of chemo and the possibility of surgery to remove the tumour. The op is believed to have been planned for the end of the month. One Argentinian news  site said: "The youngster has successfully finished the first stage of his treatment.
"This is without doubt the best present for his parents and the relatives who have been helping them out since they learnt about his cancer diagnosis"
To celebrate this good piece of news, the artists’ families will travel to the United States to spend Christmas with Noah and make it one of the most special Christmases they have had together.
“They’re all used to spending the festive season in Vancouver but this year they will be where Noah is.”Image result for michael buble and noah

'I miss you my darling boy': Girlfriend of rugby player found dead in a river after a night out pays an emotional tribute to her 'soulmate' as it is revealed ELEVEN people have died at the same spot!

The girlfriend of a keen young rugby player pulled from a river has paid tribute to her 'soulmate' in an emotional video on Facebook.
Police searching for Bath Spa University student Henry Burke, 19, pulled his body on Saturday from the River Avon in the city, where 11 others have died in the last six years.
Heartbroken Emma Comley posted a short video after the body was found on Saturday of herself cuddling the second year Geography student.
She wrote: 'I miss you my darling boy. You have my entire heart, just as you always said, I'm yours. Forever and always. Sleep tight my soulmate.'
On Thursday night he was thrown out of a club for trying to break up a fight and texted his girlfriend to tell her he was drunk and he loved her.
Police were called when the second year Bath Spa student didn't come home or turn up for work as a tour guide at Bath Abbey on Friday.

CCTV stills from Zero Zero nightclub show him 'leaving in a huff and puff,' according to his musical theatre student girlfriend.
His final text to her read: 'I'm p****d not going to lie. I love this baby'.
Just hours after she urged locals to look for him, police confirmed firefighters had found a body in the River Avon at around midday on Saturday.
It is thought to be at least the 11th death in the same stretch of water since 2009 - around half of them students on nights out.

Last year for my production, I created a music video to the song ‘Waiting for a Star to fall’ by Young Kato, it was about a couple, and the girl collapsed so she went into hospital, turns out she is pregnant. The genre of this music video was a romantic pop, indie video and I used Final Cut Pro to edit it. This year I am going to produce a Film trailer, in the genre of an action drama film. It is about a young teenage boy who has grown up in Croydon on council estates and he gets into trouble with the police for drinking taking drugs and fighting, once he gets out of prison he decides to go into the army to sort his life out. (My trailer is about a split narrative film, so this is when the audience get to realise that it has a split narrative.) The acceptance letter to the army comes through the front door, I will show the importance of this with a detail shot of the letter, in one ‘version’ his mum burns the acceptance letter and he never goes into the army and he grows up living a normal and boring life, hating his job and just miserable. In the other version, his mum gives him the acceptance letter, he joins the army and loves every minute of it, but is shot in action and dies. The point of this split narrative is to try and make the audience think which life was better, a short but happy and fulfilled life or a long and miserable one.

Madeleine McCann Returned?!?

Mystery surrounds the identity of a young English-speaking girl spotted living rough on the streets of Rome. The blonde girl, who is thought to be in her late teens, has garnered the attention of several Italians because of her polite demeanour and inability to speak Italian. People have said she refuses to accept money and answers questions in English. Italian police have attempted to identify the girl who has no passport, ID or anything with her name on it. Locals have reported she responds to the name 'Maria', but police have said she has given them different names. Missing Persons of America wrote on a website page dedicated to 'Maria': 'There have been several people that think it may be Madeline McCann who would be 13 now.

'Madeline had a distinctive mark on her eye and it would be easy to tell if it was her by that identification.' The girl has no belongings and has reportedly been wearing the same long tan skirt, rain jacket and black male trainers for weeks. The case has appeared on the Italian TV show Chi l’ha Visto (Who Has Seen) and received world-wide attention.

Lorena Kollobani wrote to the Missing Persons of America Facebook page to voice her concerns about the young English speaker who was sleeping rough. She said: 'I don't know if she is even American. I've seen her in Rome streets. She sleeps outside and has mental problems I think. 'But looks she hasn't done this kind of life before because she doesn't accept money and she is very careful and well behaved while eat (sic). I think she is a foreign student because she doesn't know any Italian.' Campaign group Houston's Voice For The Missing wrote on Facebook: 'This girl needs help. I have been in constant contact with everyone from NCMEC, Rome police, locals journalist, the embassy, locals and anyone else I could think of.' 'Police refuse to identify her. I found a local willing to go out to her then call me on facetime so maybe I get something out of her. But we will see.'
The blonde girl was spotted sleeping rough on the streets of Rome. Internet campaigners says she looks like several missing girls, including Amanda Adlai who was abducted in Michigan in 2008, Maria-Brigitte Henselmann who disappeared from Germany in 2008 and even Madeleine McCann (pictured)

Is Scarlett Moffatt a bully??

Viewers have branded Scarlett Moffatt a 'bully' after her latest altercation with her fellow campmate Martin Roberts on Sunday night. I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here fans called the Gogglebox star, 26, 'manipulative' and a 'complete fake' on social media, after a row over fetching water reduced Martin to tears. The Homes Under The Hammer star's breakdown came after he clashed with Danny Baker, who accused him of treating jungle President Scarlett like a 'silly kid' when she asked him to chip in with camp chores. Martin broke down in tears after arguing for a second time with Danny, who claimed he refused to obey orders from Scarlett. Fans of the ITV1 jungle-based show flocked to Twitter to comment, and while some claimed Scarlett had acted like a 'bully', others said she acted well within her rights. Scarlett had told Roberts to help his camp maintenance team mate Adam Thomas collect water so that Carol Vorderman and Lisa Snowdon could finish washing up after dinner. Scarlett Moffat is not a bully, she asked Martin in a nice manner at least 3 times to go and collect the water, he continued to ignore her and just ‘brush it off’ as he thought he could get away with it as she is a younger member of the camp. When Danny spoke up for her, he realised that what he was doing was actually wrong! However Martin did appoligise to Scarlett, you would think this would be the end of it? But no! later that evening Martin starts crying over it and it takes Wayne and Scarlett to comfort him! He is a grown man, he treated Scarlett like a little kid appolgise and get over it. Scarlett is not a bully for doing her job as camp leader and asking Martin to collect the water as any other camp mate would.

Woman persuades father to give her a lift to a job interview, then robs bank.

A Florida man who drove his daughter to a bank robbery has told authorities he thought he was giving her a lift to a job interview.
The unnamed man told FBI investigators he had assumed his daughter, Chelsea Wilson, had got the job at the bank in Fort Lauderdale and been given a cash advance when she returned to his SUV with a large amount of money.
Instead the 24-year-old, who was wearing a red wig, hat and sunglasses, allegedly walked into the branch of TD Bank and handed the bank clerk a note ordering them to hand over cash.
According to the criminal complaint it said: "You have exactly one minute to give me all your $50 and $100 bills from both drawers or I will shoot you! No dye packs, no alarms follow these instructions and no one will get hurt, act normal."
CCTV footage allegedly shows Wilson sprinting through the car park with the $300 (£246) she managed to steal before getting into a black SUV, the Sun Sentinel reported.
Authorities thought the robberies seemed similar to three previous incidents in the area and when they visited Wilson’s home on Friday she allegedly admitted to it and four other heists.
She said she used the money to buy groceries, according to the report.
Wilson made an appearance in federal court on Friday and was remanded in custody until a further hearing on Wednesday.

The Girl Who Lives In A Bowl.

In Kano in Nigeria, 19 year old Rahma Haruna has lived almost her whole life in unbearable pain after her arms and legs failed to develop properly. Her loving family do their best to move her around, using a plastic bowl. Rahma said "They help me a lot, they give me anything I need" Rahma's younger brother Fahad Ya'u said "I help her in many ways, bathing her is another thing I do and taking her out everyday. I feel happy whenever I see people helping her I like taking her to our relatives, she feels happy when we visit them". Assumedly healthy new born, Rahma's mother, Fadi Haruna, noticed that she was missing key developing milestones "from 6 months when she learnt how to sit that's when it began, she didn't learn how to crawl, she started with a fever and that was it, then stomach pains, she cant use her arms and legs when they ache".
The cause of her condition is not yet known and Rahma's family work tirelessly to find a diagnosis.
Rahma's father, Hussaini Haruna said "I've spent 15 years in search for the cure, I farm, go to the market and lots more looking for work to pay for her bills, I sold all my possessions, I have spent more than one million Naria, so far. Only God knows the real amount of what I spent. We have gone places with her mother looking for medicine". Specialist medical testing is expensive and the family hope to get the attention of a charity, to help give Rahma a better quality of life. Kind gestures
from those who have heard about Rahma in the local press have already made a big difference. Rahma says "I thank God for everything I have, I want to start a business, a grocery store that sells everything, that is all I want"

The new evidence unearthed to reopen investigation into two murdered 11-year-olds found buried alive.

The new evidence which persuaded police to re-open their investigation into the murder of two 11-year-old boys in 1980 includes new witnesses and a potential new suspect.
Best friends John Greenwood and Gary Miller were beaten and buried alive on a rubbish tip in Whiston 36 years ago. The boys were found by a dog walker under a mattress on the site of a disused colliery on Pottery Lane which had been turned into a tip. They both died later in hospital and post mortems revealed they had suffered head injuries. Decades later, the investigation into the deaths has reopened after the Sunday Times unearthed new evidence and new witnesses. John Cheeseman from Prescott, was arrested and charged with the murder of both boys, but was then not found guilty following a trial in 1981 at Liverpool Crown Court.
A confession Mr Cheeseman made to detectives was criticised in the trail because there had been no guardian or lawyer present during the interview. The Sunday Times report a review in 2008 found forensic exhibits, including blood-stained clothing that had been lost or destroyed. The national newspaper also claims to have found a new witness in the case who said Mr Cheeseman turned up at her door on the night of the murders with "what looked like red paint" on his trousers. Another neighbour said three days before the killings Mr Cheeseman appeared at her door angry and distraught and said he would "get the family" back after John's father had complained about him playing on the street with the boys. Chessman denies the murders and the allegations that he had "red paint" on his trousers that night, reports The Sunday Times, The investigation has also claimed to have unearthed allegations of a potential new suspect. the paper reports that a Whiston resident told friends in 1999 she tried to commit suicide because she could no longer live with the guilt of her husband killing the two boys.

Creepy clown craze

Halloween mask

Scary clowns were first reported in the US in August and have quickly spread to the UK, Australia and now Brazil. The craze, in which people dress up in masks and scare members of the public, has received widespread attention with the help of social media.McDonald's did not say how many of its clown's appearances would be cut.Ronald McDonald has not commented on the move."McDonald's and franchisees in local markets are mindful of the current climate around clown sightings in communities and as such are being thoughtful with respect to Ronald McDonald's participation in community events for the time being," a statement said. Ronald McDonald, a pasty-faced, scarlet-wigged clown with an expression of permanent surprise, has been a global icon for the franchise for decades. In August, locals in Greenville, South Carolina reported people dressed in fright wigs and full clown make-up trying to lure children into the woods. Australian police also arrested a 19-year-old for scaring residents. A student dressed as a chainsaw-wielding clown was filmed chasing other students on a UK university campus. He has apologised saying he was "only chasing his friends". Police have increased patrols outside some schools, and asked fancy dress shops to remove clown masks from sale.
